I hope you made it out of there alright. [ she;s lucky she managed to get these gloves to hide her own bandages. would be really nice to have her powers back. ]

Oh, you know. Nothing terribly dire. [ at least nothing that won't be gone once the good ol' healing factor kicks back in. ]

[ she'd be tempted to say the same thing if she were slightly less aware of how it would sound. more than that, she's surprised at how defensive renee seems all of a sudden. ]
