first dates are always the most complicated
you have to be careful not to let it descend into a comedy of errors
first thing if youre going to dress up make sure both of you know to dress up
otherwise one of you may be all decked out while the other looks like a slob
its embarrassing

second avoid alcohol at all costs
no exceptions

third if shes late then pay attention
dont get nervous dress down again and accidentally fall asleep waiting
thats stupid and only stupid people do that
try actually calling her instead
make sure she isnt drinking

fourth avoid stairs
they are less dangerous if you havent been drinking
but dont say i never warned you about stairs
