Kanaya, I may need to point out that to me, his problem is presentation and lack of subtly in what he does. He doesn't understand how to interface with people well, or how to watch them to see what he should be doing to interface. That's a problem. He needs to gain a better sense of how to socialize.

I have the sense that's what he does, and he does it poorly, when not choosing to camouflage himself. If you mean the kind of following that signals intent to harm, sexual gratification, or obsession, I don't feel obsession with anything other than information is Houka's problem... but I don't know him that well. All I say is based on my observations, and what he's said, or acted like, before.
